A Digital Champion is a community health worker who volunteers to help shape the future of digital health tools. Digital Champions work alongside the people who build and launch new tools, to make sure those tools are practical, easy to use, and built for the real world of community health work.

When a Digital Champion points out something that is confusing, it gets fixed. When they explain a challenge they face in their work, developers can build a solution. The best digital health tools are not built for community health workers, they are built with them. Their voice helps make sure that the tools of the future work for the people who need them most.
Our network of Digital Champions did not start with a recruitment drive. It started with the Digital Bridge courses. Every CHW who completes the Digital Literacy or AI Literacy course graduates with real, tested skills, and a growing number choose to put those skills to work by joining the network that reviews and shapes new digital health tools.
The network grows the same way the courses have: word of mouth. One in three learners hear about Digital Bridge from a peer, and every graduate is a candidate for the network that comes next.
